The Wine
The Bonny’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a model of consistency with nuanced vintage variations year to year. The style is much like it was in 1979 when the first Bonny’s was released. It is an elegant food friendly wine which shows extraordinary depth of fruit and restrained alcohol. The Bonny’s would not be the Bonny’s without its controversial hints of bell pepper and eucalyptus. However, the strength of this vineyard is in the ever lingering palate of the wines it produces.
